My fiance and I are absolute fans of your videos Josh! We had saw the other video posted of the chapel pines home and we were there touring homes at the same time!!! Josh, nice job with the showings. It's not your fault but, lots of empty homes (nationwide) does not bode well for the health of the real estate market. On the sell side. It takes like 3 months or so, in Florida, for the Alge/mold, or whatever the patina on these outside surfaces is. Someone that is serious about selling, but not hiring someone (if they can't do it) to detail the exterior surfaces and still asking high dollar, is demonstratably a loser. The market has completely shifted, to the buyer's favor, since 2022. Listing agents need to guide down on the pricing, (the preceding comps are old news). Agents need to guide sellers up on basic standards of cleanliness when listing.
