WAY OVER My Head, ALL these Homes are Nice, They just have bigger Floor plans, with a Big PRICE Tag. And No Wonder they are considering Reducing these Homes, Just Way, Way Too High. I be just as Happy to be in a $300,000s than to be one of these, Great 😃👍 Video 📸

One would think for these prices the builder could have trimmed out the windows! Maybe some crown molding. But certainly nice homes.

Love all the new homes, but the lot situations in all new communities is ridiculous, even 800k plus big mini mansions sit on small lots

Very nice homes Josh!!! Are these homes that had qualified buyers at the start of construction, but due to the interest rates hikes, could no longer afford them? My wife loves the big walk in shower and no tub in the master bedroom!!

Thanks. They won’t disclose what happened, but I’m sure that’s the case. We’re seeing more and more of this happening then the builder drops the price once completed and sells it quickly.

Now these are more up my ally. You 100% get what you pay for. Why are they doing away with bath tubs ? Strange .😮The only thing that stinks about the new construction homes is that you get a really nice home but lack backyard space. Where can we get a nice home similar to these with a spacious backyard?

How are these homes insulated?

R-38 batt/blown attic insulation R 4.1 M-Shield insulation on exterior block walls in living areas Paperless batt insulation in framed walls Polysealant foam at doors and windows to prevent air infiltration and moisture penetration Let me know if you'd like to schedule a tour of these or any other homes.

@@joshbryanrealtor any videos that show that process? R38 seems good in the attic and R17 in the walls seems good if that is what it is. Is that foam insulation board also the outside sheeting? Just trying to get a idea of how solid the build is. I know they must follow code and they must be in compliance but just curious
