That townhouse is technically three and a half story rather than four, given that the fourth floor just has the stairs and elevator to the roof patio.

I can’t believe they still put tubs in that need a shower curtain. That’s so old. For the price, I would want a glass enclosure.

It's a yacht club, of course it's gonna have high HOA fees! Not to mention with the more frequent hurricanes and the collapse of the Champlain Towers condominium near Miami, all townhouse and condo communities in Florida (especially those with more than two stories) have to charge high assessments and higher fees because condo associations, partially those with older buildings (those built in the 1980s or prior) kept kicking the maintenance can down the road until they couldn't anymore. Now Florida law mandates condo associations and landlords take better care of their buildings, which includes costly repairs.
