2nd is my favorite floorplan. 4br with 3 of them ensuite, game room, study, and separate dining room all on one floor?!! That's amazing. Love that layout!! Vaulted or cathedral ceilings are a deal breaker for me so that cuts out the other 4. Even the ceilings in the 2nd floor plan push it for me in the kitchen. Makes the cabinetry look dwarfed. Would benefit from stacked cabinetry to correct the proportions. Very nice tours, thanks!

@@housetoursinternational I know many do. My place has them. I was iffy when I bought and have grown to not like my ceilings at all. I learned I prefer a cozy vibe to a grandiose. P.S. Repainting recently (including the ceilings) made me hate them more. That was crazy. 😂
