Brilliant video and presentation, Sir. I watched it over and over because of the similarities to the design me and my daughter made. Except that our gym is downstairs and we don't have a kitchenette upstairs. The open plan flowing between the kitchen, family and dining room is magnificent. You don't disconnect with the people sitting in the family room when you go to the kitchen. Nothing to say about the furniture, it's a personal choice. Very practical home. The ceilings are overly designed, though. Not enough light coming in the dark designed kitchen. Otherwise, a brilliant designed house and fittings. I just hope our government sorts out the crime issue. One needs a piece of mind to stay in that area

At 6:30 - A water closet is not the actual toilet cistern, but a separate enclosure (akin to a closet) that has the toilet in it.

That home if it’s on sale needs some interior decorator to work on it otherwise it will stay on market for a very long time. It’s generally ok but the finishings are just off the furniture made it worse! Otherwise good work brother 👌🏾

Having a Gas & Electrical stove in 1 Island is a good idea. My wife hates & scared to use gas in our house, but the Loadshedding problem lately, one can't really overlook the idea of having a gas stove. I'll show her this video, it works out perfectly.

I am impressed with the house. Just a few uncertainties, first with the study area. I feel like it was supposed to be in a more quiet place not by an entertainment area. I won’t feel comfortable with my family and friends snooping on my personal stuff Otherwise everything else is great

Stunning homeg , very mordern architecture adopted here!! The matt finishes all throughout the house just provide that icing on top. With all that functionality/utility, I would've liked to see power generation facilities within the home - just for it to have more of that self-sustaining feel to it.

Nice house. Of course people are interested in the power generation facilities. In a country where power cuts are getting longer and longer a legit question. I mean foreigners might be interested also in security in one of the countries with the highest crime rates. The price is fiction. Real Estate Agents in South Africa need to learn to "bake smaller breads" due to the massive exodus of rich white people leaving the country and selling a bunch of property everywhere. Or this one will be on the market forever.

I have a normal house with pool and cottage in JHB SOUTH and i use to go toTHE grill HOUSE restaurant a san excuse just to visit those gorgeous houses and mansions. Coming from SPAIN i can tell you that there is a very good quality Life in South Africa.If you tell me that there is not loadshedding in EYE OF AFRICA i ll start to plan to move that side
