Why is the toilet practically on the floor? That would be a ”No” for me. There is also something off with the video lighting. Perhaps a cinematic filter can help with that.

Mansions in Dubai be like this: 1. Unnecessary rooms 2. Unecassarily modern furniture that is not convenient 3. Weird designs with no sign of life 4. Rooms are only for sitting and sleeping 5. Prices are overconfidently set on a bunch of islands that will sink within 100 years
