I know it might sound weird, but $6 million for a mansion like that is such a good deal. Personally, that design isn't really my cup of tea, but even if someone were to purchase it and spend another $3 million renovating it, it would still be a steal. Like what's the catch? Is it in a bad neighborhood or something? Is it even possible for a mansion to be in a bad neighborhood XD? I'm kinda of jealous of the one that'll purchase it, nice house and nicer tour 👏

Thank you for the comment! This is actually located in one of the most luxurious communities here in Dubai which in itself is among the safest cities in the world. The only catch would be is that $5.7 mil would get you the unfurnished layout which would take around end of 2024 to be ready(construction-wise).

@@helenaczekanska3513 The price for the same layout, unfurnished is as mentioned is 5.7 million USD. The actual property shown is unfortunately not on the market for sale but we could estimate it to be around 8.1 million due to the branded finishings and furnishings.

I went to check it out in person, cant believe the villa is mostly tile flooring in 5.7Mil. We are paying that price for an actually super overpriced product. Its only exotic for people who haven't seen such houses ever before.

That is a phenomenal deal for 6 million dollars in Dubai. Where is the entry to the parking garage from the front of the house because I didn't see the parking garage until the end? Nevertheless, for this floor space, I can find no better value in Dubai. I've saved it to my playlist. Great job!

I'm wondering, how much does it going to cost if, someone wants to buy it fully furnished like a ready to move in house.... Coz the furnitures, curtains and everything matches the theme of the house. And it's really very hard to find the same type of furnishings, if they don't sell it with furnitures.
