Welcome to Tanjong Pagar, Singapore's prime business district. Today, I was invited by my viewer Tim to check out his friend's condo, Skysuites @ Anson. He pays around 2,500 Singapore dollars per month and it is the 2nd tallest condo in Singapore with the height of 250meters. What kind of room and facilities do you get for this amount of money? $2.5K per month for a studio that comes with furniture and located right in the CBD, very value for money! Still can use condo facilities some more! His friend doesn't even need to buy anything for his mini balcony, he could just head to the rooftop and chill with his friends every day. Save money on entertainment and gym membership already!

That bungalow on top of the international plaza was listed for rental with S$15k per month according to an article on mothership back in 2019.

The view from his balcony is insane, so is the view from the rooftop. Literally can see the whole of Chinatown down below. Thanks for sharing ~ !

Thank you Tim and Nitesh. Thanks Nitesh for opening your home to us. Loved the view and seeing Singapore. Great Video Ghib. But, boy, there were a lot of ships in the water. Is that normal? Saw a cruise ship, can't wait until cruising in the USA start again. For 2,500 for everything is a good deal. In the USA, in a center of a big city, rent can be so much higher with little to nothing extra.

Too bad you did not visit the 56th floor. There is a bigger jacuzzi and chill out area with a hammock over a pool. The night view at the roof is amazing.

I used to live there! The "bank building" that is taller than skysuites you pointed at is Wallich Residence actually. Bottom area is commercial and the mid-top floors are residential

The building near the "mountain" is D'Leedon actually. So it should be bukit timah hill. Maybe if pollution not so bad can see malaysia

that "bank" you pointed to is Wallich Residences, its also tallest building in Singapore at 290m tall uwu also the logo on the top of Wallich Residences is the logo of the developer GuocoLand

12:30 Oh man....even looking down through your video at this view sets off my acrophobia. I'm getting chills in my whole body. I never knew that could happen. Guess 73rd floor can do that to people with a fear of heights.

Thank you for sharing! It ’s nice design, but when I had the same type of fridge in my previous condo, I had very bad experience 😰 The fridge was suddenly broken, but it took more time to fix it since the fridge was inside and could not been removed easily. Be careful...

I think with the view, amenities and convenient of CDB, this price is reasonable as compared with other 1st World cities condos.

ここの隣に住んでました。この辺のコンドは手狭だけどファシリティが充実しているし、何より最上階からの眺望が素晴らしかったです。近くにスーパーもドンキもあって、一人か二人暮らしだったらオススメ。

I lived in there until last year. I really loved , but...I moved because the kitchen was too small for me. Of course the view is awesome, and all the staff are kind & great people with smiles😘 I'm missing them... CNYや8/9は屋上から花火を見られます(^^) スーパーも駅も近いですし、生活をするのにとても便利な物件です✨

This is cheaper than High Line at Tiong Bahru. The differences will be the height of the building and the space of each of it's studio apartment (it's a little more spacious). It's also pricier at High Line. I'm surprised that it's that much cheaper at Sky Suites.

The amount of space in the house is kinda cramped imho, but then again you can't expect much if you're only paying $2,500 staying in the CBD area

That hill is the highest peak in Singapore, Bukit Timah Hill. Singapore is not that small visually lol.

お金持ちしか住めなそうな普段見れない独身用コンドミニアム、収納とか内装とか真似できそう、隠すのが都会的でホテルライクな生活空間作れますね！たのしかった。屋上は景色最高！海が見えるのってやっぱりいいなぁ。

Too bad, the rule is stringent and we can't lease shorter than 6mths. $2.5k rental rate for a private apartment in CBD is definitely a steal.
