I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start today regardless your age invest and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

@@richardhudson1243 Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

@@maiadazz Having a counselor is essential for portfolio diversification. My advisor is Laurel Dell Sroufe, who is easily searchable and has extensive knowledge of the financial markets.

Venture into investing some, if you really want financial stability. Choose to grow and elevate your mind by studying audios, videos, attending conferences that will give you the edge!

Great video and a wonderful masterpiece. I'm 48years old living in California, I'm hoping to retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my third house last month and I can't be more proud that am i now. I'm glad I made great decision about my finances that changed me forever but now I can't seem to make any other smart investment.

I advise you to invest in stocks to balance out your real estate, Even the worst recessions offer wonderful buying opportunities in the markets if you're cautious. Volatility can also result in excellent short-term buy and sell opportunities. This is not financial advice, but buy now because cash is definitely not king right now!

@@hunter-bourke21 Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

@@Kim.beneteau I really don't like making such recommendations, because everybody's situation is unique. But there are many freelance wealth managers you could check out. I have been working with JULIA ANN FINNICUM for about four years now, and she's really, really good. If she meets your discretion, then you could go ahead with her. I endorse her.

Beautiful symmetrical modern mansion by developer Ray Misrati. I like the master bathroom of this mansion because it is revolutionary and original. Ray design the master bathroom vanity and sink like a kitchen island that he put in the middle of the room. The shower looks like a Persian gem throne. the blue stone of the shower is very beautiful. I like the open design living room, kitchen, and dining room. I like the kitchen island stone., The curved stairway is a piece of art. The moss wall is beautiful and original. I like the master bedroom, I like the master closet with the two islands with waterfall borders. I like the big lap pool. I like the mansion view of the city and I like the balconies of the mansions. My only complaint with Ray's house design is that he puts the fireplaces in front of the master bedroom and living room view., therefore blocking part of the front view. He should put the fireplace on the side. Awesome mansion by Ray Misrati.

This is a beautiful home … realtor in mega realtor mode . Sometimes less is more when trying to sell/upsell , try not to sound like a use car sales person , will go a long way when selling… confidence is good but people don’t respond to over confidence and throwing to much at one time especially with prices on smaller things like the kitchen slabs … I know from experience I can SELL HOLLY-WATER TO THE POPE …

At the beginning you show an outdoor area with a tv. Why did you put a sink in front of it. The sink tap is in front of the tv, blocking you view. Might want to change it or get a different tap 👌
