The wrap around outer patio area is almost as good as having a rooftop patio. Always precise flat panels all around make the curved areas really stand out. I'm still amazed at that walnut panel used in a different showing from you, with smoothed grain and showing rippled ununiform surface. I would give that the highest architectural award.

Such a perfect kitchen. I'm sure 100 people can maneuver through there with drinks and grabbing appetizers. Yes, yo notice the columns but they openly hidden by being discreet. 2nd floor is smartly designed as a family area. Everything is stylish yet calm so the next homeowner can easily personalize it. The whole apartment is beautiful and bright, making us feel relaxed and comfortable! The outdoor terrace is stunning, as is the pickleball court! I absolutely love this one from the flooring, especially the lighting choices, the linear kitchen, the table in the kitchen attached to the island. Then the closets are amazing and just large enough without being too large. Way to think outside the box and use every bit of square footage in the two closets. The terrace is incredible but I think it would be safer for the people below that I don't play pickleball. 😅 Bathrooms are exquisite. There isn't one thing I would change on the two floors. Is it ever possible to buy the staging furniture? I know it would be different for each individual property. The teams for the interior decorating and staging knocked this one out of the park. Now I need to look up this soap you and Mikey are talking about. I already got the Marvis toothpaste (I love it!) that was at another location which I believe that was NYC as well. 😂 I swear Enes you could sell coals to Newcastle as the old saying goes. 😄 Another fantastic video from choice of property, location, video, editing, pointing out so many details, naming the other buildings in the vistas and choice of music are just on point. Having almost completed a major renovation of our house here in Sydney over 18 months and knowing what goes into crafting an elegant and fine home, to achieve this in a high-rise is hard for me to get my head around. It's actually simple, you divide the square feet by 10 and get square meters. 4200sqft = 420qm. It's a good approximation.

What happens if you accidentally hit the pickle ball over the edge? Couldn't someone get hurt? 😬 A pool or jacuzzi there would be much more valuable IMO. Great video as always though Enes!

A pickle ball is a plastic ball with holes in it to let the air through. It would most likely fly away with the wind gusts or just glide down.

That was the first thing I thought as soon as I saw the pickle ball court. Seems like a tad waste of space. However tennis balls flying over the edge would certainly be a liability.

There could be small magnets inside the balls, and sensors that would detect if a ball is wearing off the court. A huge electro magnet could then switch on, and force the balls back, into a washing device that cleans and polishes the balls, before they are shot out from a cannon towards a player. Instead of human players, flexible robot arms will then continue the game on each side, so the humans can relax with drinks instead of jumping around.

its a water closet, a small room with a toilet. There probably isn't any windows in there and if there was it would be tinted or something so you couldn't look in and the fence from the terrace would block any view

I felt obligated to comment on this one as Baccarat is my hometown. Maybe you didn't know, but the brand Baccarat (crystal and hotel) is named after the city where the crystal manufacture is located, in the eastern region of France called Lorraine. For 28M you can get about 50 big houses in TX. Or you could get your own land 100Acres or more, build something 20 times as big as this apartment and have tons of free money and be in peace on your own land. I'm sorry but NY and California housing is definitely out of hand lol like wtf

But everyone can see from the houses directly into your apartment. Even if you go into the bathtub, everyone can see that. If you sit outside privately, everyone can see that. You are always in the view of others. I do not find this attractive.

All the windows are reflective glass from the outside…. While you are right about when they are outside. They have both total privacy AND a great open view when they are inside

Picture perfect property, very tastefully done with thoughtfully rich interiors, masterclass colour scheme, flawless use of space and beautiful ambient lighting. Hard to find such serenity in the heart of a bustling city. My compliments to the interior design team and architects. Thank you Enes and Mikey and the whole team for a wonderful presentation. :)

Yikes....the thing that stood out to me is the amazing lack of privacy. Every window view out is into a wall of apartment windows less than, it looks, 100 feet (not yards). Even that bathroom you showcased first up in the video....just a complete wall of windows looking into it. So, I guess you just live with the curtains drawn? Especially at night (I get they are tinted windows)? 28 million to basically live in a cave? There might as well not be any windows at all, if you value your privacy. Seriously...look at the presentation. Every window...just a wall of windows facing it. Hard pass on that. Oh...and in case anyone missed it...um...where are the blinds?? None of these windows had any blinds that I could see...unless they are roll downs recessed into the ceiling.

Hoping to see more east coast estates. Chicago, Boston, philly, Maine and NH have some amazing homes and land with great natural surroundings. You can find tiny island communities in Maine, you also see private islands. Would be great to be presented by you and Mikey

Enes just a few questions: 1) is this apartment has insurance of earthquakes and damages or collapse? 2) is it possible to get more privacy on terrace patio since all neighbors above the apartment can view the whole terrace? 3)maybe a silly question: what if someone throw something in wrong from window let's say a kid for example throw something out and crashed me or one of the kids playing around ? and finally where are you from originally :D ! thank you for your touring i really enjoy watching your videos.

Killer suit, looking sharp! This one is really a terrace with an apartment. But there's something warm and inviting at how basic and stripped down the apartment is. Others may have the massive kitchens with gizmos, but when you step out on that 3000 sq ft terrace you're in another world completely. At that scale, that's not a terrace, it's an "urban space" like a quadrangle The origami façade by the court is massively artistic and modern. Casement window in the shower is worth six figures alone, what a treat.
