Need at least 5mil to remodel that, or just tear it down. Would have been nice 20 years ago. Also wouldn't call that 10/10 view, yeah it's great but half is blocked by the neighbor's trees. I've seen much better views in LA/OC on youtube. I guess the value is living in the gated community
