Get the cheaper one and do the upgrades yourself so you don't have to pay the higher property tax. Privacy not so great when there's a parking lot in your front or backyard.

Okay I'm sitting at this Beach right now at 9:00 on a Sunday morning that parking lot is always full and there is a public bathroom to the far left that the homeless people like to wash in

Everybody knows about this parking lot and beach. They park there to avoid paying for parking. During the day on a summer day, it’s packed with people. Don’t real estate agent google map locations? Don’t they see past google maps?

They are trying to sell the home, if they mention that the parking lot is packed all the time it would discourage people to buy it.

I doubt anyone that knows boat's, would ever dare swim at that beach. Imagine one drop of oil and one drop of fuel, from each one of those boats. That water/beach is a mess.
