Harford Manor first came on the market in September 2017 with a guide price of £30m. I haven't seen it for ages so I thought it may have found a buyer but it's back on the market four years later with a £10m price reduction. The location is second to none and sitting in forty acres of your own private grounds is quite spectacular. The quality of the fixtures and fittings and the interior design are at the very top end of luxury, which you would expect with a property of this calibre but I do wonder if the contemporary design is why this property still hasn't found a buyer yet - clients at this end of the market typically gravitate towards a more traditional design rooted in Georgian or Queen Anne architecture and I can't help thinking the exterior design of Harford Manor reduces the pool of potential buyers quite considerably. With all that said it is a fabulous home and if the modern contemporary architecture suits your tastes, this property has everything you could want.

@@ulisirius9027 That's the Palais Venitien and it's in Cannes in the South of France so not a direct competitor for Harford Manor - though if you can afford the £100 million price tag of Palais Venitien you would probably settle for Harford Manor as your weekend retreat in the UK.

It's a very nice family home away from home. Holidays would be amazing there! I love the media wall and all the surrounding grounds. Gorgeous dining room as well!!👌🏿❤ While the color scheme with the decor isn't to my exact liking, with a blueprint like that I'd definitely say it's move in ready👍🏿

Well presented, nice location, views, many great features as well. It's such a unique design and most of it isn't my taste but I can definitely see the appeal overall. Surprised to see Fenella going barefoot after a more posh approach in a Chelsea apartment tour before, but hey, town & country right.

Well presented. On the house though, seems many developers forget the importance of acoustics tin how a space feels. That much echo as you enter the home makes places feel industrial/commercial. People will sit back and say ,”beautiful” but they will not say “homely” or “comfortable” or “relaxing” in a place like that. Sad, because it would not take much to fix the issue.

Dear MS Hi, Kept awake all night and all morning but Nobody showed up. Believe me, this is a torture technique. A form of enforced sleep deprivation. My health is completely ruined. What they do is, attack the vulnerable body with a heartattack poison. I have survived twenty murder attempts and bracing for the 21st. It doesn't do anything for me. The only way it *might work, is to leave the furnishings. I can't stand the boxed areas - coming into the house, to change area, and wasting all that space again in the kitchen. ott in the entertainment suite, hate the split level, one glass of wine & I'm a gonner. The bedroom ??? who sleeps on the sofa ? How cramped after all that Space ? I Like the en-suite, now that's more like it ! The paddock suite ? where is the paddock & how many acres ? Noooooooooo where are we now ? More WooD : ( So there is a pool ! does the roof open ? I hate swimming, you get blinkin cold coming out, and a NO NO in a GyM - woot ? Now to my passion, plenty of stables and a menage, but How Many Acres ?40? lets see more of that ? & I do Not want someone else's bridal paths. So sorry girls, It doesn't do anything for me.
