Really? A work of art? I mean... Behind the thin surfaces of Italian marble, French woodwork, German stucco, Greek mosaic, all the imported stuff to make it needlessly expensive. The house itself is just concrete slabs with steel and glass imported from China. There is no architecture, no real design. If this house was on ground level in the city, it would be your local minimart with a car wash. American "luxury" is just about big empty spaces. Who wants to live in an empty hotel. Walking 10 000 steps a day inside your own house. There is no happy family with 3 kids that are going to live in this space. These are almost never actually LIVED in. They are just investments for the rich to put their money into.

It’s so hard to say which of these homes are best. You kind of get lost or absorbed in whatever home is being shown. This home definitely has a masculine feel, but it’s very elegant at the same time. I can’t imagine ever being on a home like this but it can’t hurt to dream! Thank you for these great presentations!

This is the best house I've ever seen on your channel. Even the $100M homes sometimes look a little bit cold; I like the wood and darker tones warming everything up. This place actually looks like a home while still being an architectural masterpiece.

OMG... This home is absolutely amazing. Every part of this estate was thought out carefully planned and methodically built by craftsmen of every trade. The day time tour was amazing, but, the night time tour was epic. To the architect, you design is brilliant. You captured the breath taking views, with walls of glass and brought the out doors in with massive automatic glass doors. I could go on and on. 45,000,000.00 seem like a deal. The 1/2 court tribute to Coby Bryant with his team mates was awesome and emotional for me. Great job Enes Yilmazer! Thank you for sharing this fine estate.

@@guitanatural5424 Sure looks cozy to me. I could sleep outside next to the pool. Great mix of comfort, beautify, marble and tile with the outside being brought in. There's not much I would change. But that's just me.

This home your was the first Enes video I watched and after binge watching it remains my favorite home . It’s not only gorgeous , it’s got a pulse . I could actually feel myself living here unlike some of the other mansions that just feel cold and lonely and too exquisite . This home is luxurious but feels inviting and warm too .

Oh my god- this is the best house I‘ve ever seen! Perfect design- inside and outside. Large rooms but the rooms are not halls, so its still kind of cozy. ☺️ So many special features in this house- AMAZING! 😍😍

this house is like a resort damn near i can imagine having alot of family and friends over comfortably with all the guest rooms and and guest house having to bring nothing over bunch changes of clothes getting haircuts n massages workouts n id hire staff to bartend and top tier chefs enjoying all the amenties in what seems like paradise

I loved all the art pieces and the moss wall is definitely my favourite thing from this amazing house. That bright green color is so relaxing and refreshing that I just couldn´t stop staring at it (wish the house had more indoor nature features like that)...and the art pieces are really interesting and eye - catching. Usually luxury houses display very dull paintings and overall decoration.

The One was really upsetting for me to see. Which is a shame, since I'm a fan of Paul McClean, the architect. His name will forever be tied to that white elephant.

@@DeflatingAtheism I agree with you about The One. It turned out to be a complete waste of the best residential site in Bel Air/Beverly Hills. A house of that size is a waste to build. If there was a demand for a homevthat big, billionaires would have homes that big being built for them and would wait and hope that a developer comes along and builds a home they . The mega wealthy don’t boperate thatvway. F they wantvsomethingvand itvdoesn’t exist, they have it built. But no mega billionaire was having a house as big as The One, which is a statement that there isn’t any demand for a monstrosity that big. BTW - when did bowling become part of the Kifestyle of The Rich & Famous that the mega wealthy have to have a bowling alley at home? Every bowling alley I’ve ever been to is populated by average working class people. Never seen Jeff Bezos & friends at a bowling allley. been to has

The two highest price ever paid for homes in California took place recently: Jeff Bezos $165M purchase of the Warner/Geffen estate and Lachlan Murdock’s $150M putchase of the Kirkeby/Parenchio estate and the fact that neither had bowling facilities didn’t stop the buyers from buying at those prices. BTW - if bowlibg is such a big thing among the wealthy, were do all the wealthy who buy homes with no bowling facilities go to bowl? I know of no upscale bowling facilities in Beverly Hills or no bowling country clubs.
