This is a fucking cringy video. This house isn't worth a quarter its asking price. Why do they keep saying it is in Scottsdale?! It isn't. It is in Paradise Valley, which is even more exclusive?! It's like saying a house in Beverly Hills is in Watts... These are the worst agents you could have.

Let’s keep it real. Ok home…. 6 out of 10. But at $1764 per square feet (4530) it is over priced. Though we like the Altman Brothers… nothing in the video, mountains, or “long driveway, make this home value at $1700 a square foot. Just keeping it real.
