I love the style of ARK Architecture and finally this property has a decent bedroom/parking space ratio. 👌Many even larger villas come with only 2 or 3 car garage... 🤦‍♂ Also the nice private garden behind makes this plot more attractive over other offers in Sotogrande. 👍 Thanks for the tour, Vicky, it was a pleasure to watch! 👋

would be good if the 1 floor will change to o foor,and 0 floor will change to -1 and than the car will left in 3X5 m^2 of lift into the ground,that will let you go out from the car and enter right into the living room and the belcony

Sotogrande is a fantastic place! The house seems weird Difficult access, some tiny spaces, garden looks small Price can be justified by the views, however seems not fully private Sorry, but not my cup of tea

Hey Viktoria you need to talk to your video editor. For some reason he is turning down brightness and contrast making all your videos very flat, desaturated, and often very dark. I bet most people don't watch your videos all the way to the end. Muted colors are depressing and subconsciously cause people to turn away. Your video editor is harming your channel growth. Just an observation. Good luck to you.

Thanks again for this video. There will be people who like this house, but personally I think it is a big box that may be luxuriously arranged internally, but it does not feel warm and comfortable. The rooms are large and feel cold. People who like this are either people who want to show off if they have a lot of money or people with a cold soul. This is my personal opinion and the house will definitely appeal to someone but not me. Designers nowadays, there are exceptions, think that sleek design, luxury and minimalist appearance is beautiful. A house, no matter how big or expensive, should feel like a warm, comfortable coat that you like to put on. This house is cold and impersonal.

There are literally way too many luxury modern houses like this one all over the world either in California, Florida or Spain. They all look the same. They lack personality and honestly I think that in a couple of decades they won’t age well and they will look old fashioned. It seems that architects are running out of new ideas and they just copy each other and clone hoses all over the world.
