Do your research about the builder BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. Read reviews from homeowners and make sure, you don't rush into a hard sale. A home purchase is a HUGE investment. Some builders will make it look beautiful on the outside and structurally not sound. Vet the Builder.

This is actually the only open floor plan home I've seen where the living room doesn't feel like it's in the kitchen! Huge plus! I don't need a constant view of the kitchen sink. Great layout! I also like the size of the secondary bedrooms! I've seen saw many new builds with huge luxurious master suites yet the secondary bedrooms are tiny. Overall, this house has a great design.👍

It 👀 looks like the kitchen's bigger than my one bedroom apartment.😁 ↗It's truly a gorgeous house; it's gorgeousness shown throughout the house 🎥 video showing. ↗Nice big rooms in the house.↗In the bedrooms could be an added desk area for persons study's of some kind or comfy sitting area could be added in bedroom for 🎮 gaming and or arts and crafts of some kind being that the bedrooms are nice and big. 👌

I was a bit disappointed with the inside. There's so much wasted space. The fact that half a million dollar one doesn't have an office on the first floor, they cover almost the entire house with carpet. the master bedroom was very basic. The outside wow me and then I see the inside and I'm like ok

@@natashamalone3649 easy to find south of the airport has the worst crime. Some of those areas make the top crime area's in the state. Drive around or look at the crime stats. Some little places such as noonan are lovely, with character etc. When you leave that it's endless subdivisions with nothing. Endless amounts of strip malls and fast food chains. Horrible
