This is really outside the city of Atl. With traffic this could be a 2 hr commute to downtown. a similar house to this one closer to the city would cost over 1 mil.

My brother and I rented out our mother's home to help offset her assisted living costs. I highly recommend getting a reputable property manager because it gives you protection against terrible renters who may not pay rent, ruin the place or be disruptive neighbors. You want to have a contract in place and someone whose job it is to take care of potential problems. The money we paid per month for them to oversee the property was worth every penny for peace of mind.

Thank you! I noted that the video shows home prices to start at $414k, UT the website show starting prices at $626k. Is the difference due to the year that has passed or are there other homes offered for the former proce range?

Linda, if you are watching a video that was posted a year or even 6 months ago, that price will no longer be accurate and that home would more than likely have already been sold. The prices on the website are more accurate as that data is updated as changes are made.
