Reminds me of a dear Prudence podcast where a woman found out that her husband is rating other women online, who resembled her before the kids, and how she feels her body is all squashy because even though she's working the same dress size her body isn't as firm as it used to be. She also wrote in about how pissed off she felt for her daughter, a young toddler, but Prudence in the guest told the woman that she has a right to be angry too. Also that this woman is doing most of the work around the house and with the children wow he wacks off on the internet. also kinda reminds me how my mom actually saw through her work at the American Cancer society that there are husbands who end up dumping their wives after their wives get sick from cancer, which happens Les off then when the husband are sick with cancer.

I think there’s just a misunderstanding here guys, clearly some think small lips is a negative comment or insult and some see it as something totally acceptable to speak about, like physical features, and use it as a description. I think we all just need to be a little bit more considerate because making remarks about somebody’s features isn’t ordinarily considered kind unless they are positive, but not everyone may do that so we should all be careful not to jump to conclusions. PHTX I just wanted to say that I’m sorry you’re going through a tough time and I hope things are better for you now and your relationship with your ex is better. Best wishes to you but try to see the positive side rather than the negatives and understand that the law dictates money with those things not the individual: Hope you’re doing okay and I have seen my own father struggle with the same thing, we lost our home in the process and it took 10 years of court for it to finally end. I can tell you that life gets better and that new opportunities open up and you’ll rediscover things in life that you had forgotten about! Try to stay positive buddy, and make a point to do enjoyable things with your kids when you see them, it is good for you and them. ♥️ when my father was able to he would take my siblings and I went to out breakfast and we would all talk and catch up and talk about intriguing things he’s read about lately, war stories from his father, and have some jokes and laugh together. If money is very tight as it happened was for us because it box of pancake mix and some hashbrowns eggs and sausage and make them and breakfast and just spend some time outside with them. I bet your kids whatever age would love that. I’ve seen these bonding times together help my dad especially when he’s felt very depressed and hopeless. We’ve gotten through a lot and lost a lot but things get better and just try your best to be communicative and kind for the children sake and leave them out of it instead of venting to them. Vent to buddies or a therapist or group program (which I’ve personally done), not the kids about the stress of your ex. I believe this will help you a lot and just focus on having fun and quality time when you’re with them. ♥️ Do puzzles go for hikes have a fire grill out attend a farmers market, pick out and rent a movie from redbox or an app together and buy snacks like candy and popcorn from the dollar tree to have an enjoyable night in. There have been many fond memories I have of some of our family favorites, such as the Terminator Series, Last of the Mohicans, Call of the Wild, Labyrinth, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Gone in 60 Seconds, A.I., and I-Robot,....(depending on their ages check the rating of the movie). Imagine sitting together on the couch under a blanket snuggled up eating snacks and enjoying some bomb ass movies together. These are just a few ideas to help you. Sorry to type so much I just know my father would’ve liked someone during that time and I felt like I could give you a little bit of support. Also find hobbies to do like getting cheap dirt bikes/ 4 wheelers and fixing them up with your sons or daughters, those memories will last forever. Any sort of projects or physical building you do with them is really great. Install a tire swing for them and push them on it or teach them how to sew and sand and how to refinish old furniture purchased from goodwill and thrift shops, or enlist their help in choosing flowers and planting them together, look for used or free trampolines for them, take them camping for a weekend that you see them, if 21+ bring alcohol and some music and fishing gear and s’mores! There’s been periods of time in the past where I haven’t seen my dad and I loved every minute I was with him even if we were doing absolutely nothing wrong just talking I promise you you’re just as loved so work hard to make your children feels loved and excited when there with you instead of discussing any court stuff or ex talk. Just my opinion based on personal experience to have a better experience overall with everything in the divorce and time spent with kids. If you’d like more info, ideas, or need someone to talk to feel free to reply. I know it feels hopeless sometimes and like your life got ripped apart But I promise you it will get better and if you make the most of your time with your kids and work on staying positive with them and not speaking hatefully about their mother you will come out of this much better than when you came into the relationship and you will have a GREAT bond between all your kids. Another fun thing we like to do is thrift shopping, all 4 of us and my father, since it can be a good way for you to purchase clothes and furniture and needed items for your children at your place and document them as expenses you paid for court. It’s also teaching them the value of money and about being wise and content with what you do have. :) sorry for the long spiel I just clearly had way too much to say ha ha Ha sorry for any grammatical errors my phone sometimes switches things up on me without me noticing.
