@@housesinorlandoflorida however after reading about the septic tank I don’t think I’d want a house with that again. My last home in NJ had one and you have to be very careful what is flushed otherwise it can overflow and clog and it’s not a good sight.

@@marilyn5955 Yes, definitely something buyers should know before moving forward with a property. Some people don't mind it and actually prefer it, but others don't.

Do you think the buyer would consider a new septic tank as part of the negotiation? I'm scared of septic tanks I don't know why but maybe it's because I'm not that educated the house is absolutely gorgeous I used to live in Florida, and I owned several homes there but, there was some issues with getting the healthcare I needed so I had to leave the state, also things weren't so politically divided at that time anyway everything is perfect about that house except for the septic tank, I suppose if it were new I would be less hesitant to consider😊 😞 also my home owners insurance defaulted, and the price of homeowners insurance doubled so that is one of my biggest concerns along with property taxes due to the storms in Florida I want to move back, but my concerns I feel are legit. If I could sort out the homeowners insurance, and live in an area where the property taxes weren't as high I'd probably be running back😂

Hi there, what homeowner insurance are you recommending to buyers, and what is the cost of the homeowners insurance? I've read numerous article stating that a lot of homeowners insurance companies are either pulling out of Florida or defaulting ~that's my only concern, besides of course the governor there has lost his mind but that's neither here nor there Great job! Also, what are the taxes on that property the annual taxes? I absolutely love that house😊
