Pint's Peak Ice Cream is one of the true up and coming names in dessert in the Denver food scene. With a strong local presence at Farmer's Markets and an ice cream food truck that travels around Denver, their unique, local flavors are some of the best ways to do dessert anywhere in and around the city.
Pint's Peak has been featured in Westword, 5280, 9News, and pretty much any outlet covering the best restaurants in Denver. In this video, I meet with Pint's Peak owner Caitlin Howington, who has been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years, and she shows us how to make ice cream, more specifically, some of the locally-sourced, small batch ice cream that Pint's Peak has quickly become known for.
