I had the opportunity to create content for Groundworks Jiujitsu Academy, where I saw Coach Rich’s distinctive teaching approach in real time. He veers away from traditional jiujitsu, instead embracing an ecological teaching method that emphasizes adapting techniques to fit each student’s natural movements and instincts. A personalized approach that's said to enhance the learning experience, making it deeply intuitive and effective.
