While walking in the Medina of Tunis or the old city of Tunis in Tunisia, Gerak Darma's team walked into a big handicraft shop. This shop is inside of what used to be the King's palace. It is full of tourists and tourist groups. Most of the tourists are from France. Plenty of souvenirs in this shop like potteries, mosaics and carpets. There is a lady who is doing a demonstration of carpet weaving. She gave us a piece of the thread from the carpet, tied it on our wrists, and told us it was for good luck. We then continue upstairs to explore more of the palace.
