Im 1.9m tall, drive everyday a f2 and there's PLENTY of room. Actually more than in some other big cars.

love the character, had the original model - but the gearbox is truely awful, they really need to give purchasers the possible manual choice

It's funny because I've driven a smart and the sensation I got wasn't ''unlimited space''. The sensation I felt was more along the lines of ''my knees really hurt''.

Well it was an early smart. And I'm European and therefore use the metric system. I'm 1.88. Think it's 6 feet something.

Ha ha ... That automated manual is still the culprit.... Thank good Smart has come around this time and offers a 5 speed manual or a 6 speed quick modern automatic in the new Smart cars coming in the autumn of 2014.. Also the cooperation with Renault has minimized cost. New Renault engines are a 70 bhp 999cc NA engine or a 90 bhp 898cc turbo-charged engine.. Gear knob, door knob and switches are also common Renault parts found on all Renault cars and Dacia cars... The new Fortwo will offer more space for passengers, more cargo space,, an improved ride with a wider stance and better suspension.. And I know it is subjective but I think it looks pretty good especially in some of the color combination.. The new Foufour though is not a good looking car,,, get the new Twingo instead as it has the same underpinnings and built in the same factory in Slovenia and will be chaper to buy...
