Its hard to even call it a "house" . Frat house means "a house where members of a college fraternity live, hold meetings, and throw parties.". I bet around 10 people live there. Split 7 mil in 10-15 people living there and you get what most normal families own today. The second Ryan understood that you can see his enthusiasm just floored. Logan Crew don't even learn to cook their own meal. its more as a hotel, with crazy people.. that publish KZfaq videos that give sponsors alot of money. It's the vlog style, its part of the storytelling element. Otherwise it detracts from the authenticity of the moment. Freehanding any recent Sony alpha body + gym membership is plenty for a vlog.

The amount of damage to the home (its logan paul lol), and the amount of dodgy renovations completed, it'll cost a fortune to get it back to its original state. The buyer would need to be another youtuber otherwise

Christopher Cameron he bought it for 7 million. If he were to sell it right now it would easily be 9 million. (Pond, gym, built a theater in the garage, beautiful statues, etc)
