If demand is not strong, why is the always in the top 2 selling new launches in Apr, May and June 24? Also, you did not cover the upcoming Pri sch that is going to be build right beside it. (Out of 1.2mil hdb) About 10-15k pte (out of stock of 400k condo + landed) Abt 50k transaction per year * 6 = 300k vs total of 1.6mil household. And we havent even include those that r abt to MOP, and expect their hse to sell high. Those old folks that wanna right size will be sad. At most is just slowly incremental 2% increase per year. Hentak kaki also abit difficult. Like the chicken rice price and kopi price at coffeeshop is slowing rising even now. Even though i expect govt to do price control and fixed kopi at $1 and chicken rice at $2.50. 😢 Unfortunately my kopi is $1.40 and chicken rice is nearly $4
