I can't believe I've just watched this house tour three times. 😂 I loved the design. Amazing layout and how well it sits in nature around of it. I think it's a beautiful batchelor pad. The main part got the living room, the kitchen, the studio with that beautiful big pivot red door. And just above is the master bedroom. Then next to the pool and the guest rooms in another part of the house.

I'm glad you are celebrating your 10th video . It was your best one yet . The house was remarkable . But the best part of the video was you speaking to Patrick as much as you did . That is the first house in this price class that has enough bookshelves to swallow all the books I have crammed into my 75 m² flat. Well.... nearly enough bookshelves... Really beautiful and tasteful. Thanks for the video.

Finally something more unique. That combination of colors was modern like 20 years ago but in this case it doesn't feel outdated. One problem with such "art houses" is that you might get bored fast with the cool things in them and then you will start paying more attention to the inconveniences.

Honestly, those kitchen windows should have been lowered until the kitchen's cabinetry ... for me it would be much more nicer to can see out while washing dishes or preparing a meal! And another thing is missing, a beautiful waterfall maybe placed somewhere behind the villa on the rocky hill behind it and could be done with 2 options: 1 on the pull side or 2 where you drive in with your cars, that would be super awesome! The view over valley & the ocean resembles very well with L.A. Hollywood hills views! ... Gorgeous villa!

That house would be so dangerous for children, you would have to advise friends with children not to even visit. All those balconies and terraces with 3 fine wires to stop you going over the edge!

Beautiful house, lots of things I would change about it personally, but thats to be expected! I would never want to live in a house without changing many things and making it my own. And I think the guy was right about the price, 3.3million does seem like a very fair price.

Absolutely stunning! But, I'd have to get used to traipsing through the living room to get to and from the pool, or serving food from the closed off kitchen (not an eat-in) to the dining area, entertainment room, or guest house (no kitchen over there). Nonetheless, if I hit the lottery, the Maro Brothers are the first people I'm calling!

I would have to say that I would ha e to find an artist to paint lifelike trees all over the outside of the building I'd want to truly blend in to nature by painting the building as nature Give a whole new meaning to ( can you see me now ) 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Plus all sorts of plants inside to give the outside atmosphere

Nice expansive layout with large windows and great view but the interior decor is perhaps too industrial artsy. Seems like a modest price for the size and perhaps that price would be significantly higher with different decor.

mate you did it! you fucking did it... in fact I was chasing that property above La Reserva because I think Sotogrande is the place... to be honest you helped me a lot cause that property, in my modest opinion needs some changes, not my interior style... but the house is just amazing... it's the house... please go on showing Sotogrande properties... and if you could show some of the houses from the guys from ARK I would be very happy... and you would help a lot to make decisions... @@TheMarobrothers Hey guys... yeah me and my wife will buy one in the moment we decide where to move... the options are Canada or Spain... only God knows lol but Spain is definitely something to consider first of all because I'm Spanish and all my family and most of friends are in Spain and second cause well Sotogrande always has been the place to me and don't ask me why, not even benahavis can beat the charm of Sotogrande to me... but if we decide Spain I'll contact you personally and we can arrange some business. Thanks indeed and please please... go on I simply love how you show everything in the house and it's so useful for people that lives abroad... cause pictures can give you some kind of idea but a video in detail is much better indeed.

@@TheMarobrothers by the way there are two amazing properties in Sotogrande modern styles one with triangular swimming pool and amazing parking (one of the most important features for car fans like me) listed by 2.950.000€ and the other one belongs to sothebys listing pure amazing white lines with a glass lift inside and amazing swimming pool listed by 2.700.000€, just some of the properties I'd like you to show, I assume you don't need suggestions but they are always good to please customers. I love the idea of it and the creativity, but I would rip everything out from the interior. I'd imagine this one will be hard to sell since it was made to the very specific taste of the current owner.

it is beverly hills but cheap one views plus has better views than them. best thing about this hose is there no other houses near it which will give you ultimate privacy. btw you did wear shoes in house haha. the fancy word for half bathroom/ toilet room is powder room:)

Its a marvelous home, if you would have mentioned the price is between eur 5 to 6m I would have believed that too. Insane price, will sell quickly I guess.

Strange ah she texture. The kitchen is usually a place to socialise, that kitchen looked terrible for this. Even for cooking it looked miserable. Windows above head height, no island unit. This looked more like a staff kitchen. Very weird

MAROBROTHERS yes opening it up would work. If your cooking a dish that takes a few hours you want to sip your wine, listen to some music, look out at the views or beautiful girl and sit at your island unit and relax. 🤙👌🤘

Die Präsentation ist top. Das Haus selbst finde ich persönlich unattraktiv. Total verschnitten, hässliche Farben und dann der überdimensionale Stein. So im Video sieht das imposant aus, aber sobald man 3 Monate in der Hütte gewohnt hat, ist einem der Stein nur noch im Weg. Da bin ich aus Marbella und auch aus Sotogrande deutliche interessantere Anwesen gewohnt.
