I googled him .. Mr. Luxury's real name is Dariusz Przewocki he's originally from Gdańsk city poland , grew up mostly in the UK. His interest is in traveling. And he has been heading the CRYSTAL HOUSE Real Estate Agency operating in the premium real property segment for ten years now. So he's not a billionaire but works for them . His net worth is supposedly around 1 to 5 million dollars so he's not a billionaire . Not yet anyways but he's closer than I am at the moment. His career outside of KZfaq has given him access to some of the most luxurious homes, vehicles , boats and aircraft. And allowed him to rub elbows with some of the wealthiest people in the world. There is a saying that " You're the average of the five people spend the most time with,”. Attributed to Jim Rohn. And it's almost always correct.

FOR 30 PEOPLE & 50 MAX! It really sickens me how wasteful people are. There’s no need for that much space per person. It had nice features, but I expected more, it’s essentially empty space for the sake of distance between amenities. I appreciate the lack of tacky gold everything. It’s refreshing to see‘understated luxury’ as you put it. It’s baffling that so many people that could afford one, would want to make a $Billion plane look like it was furnished from a Dollar Store, like so many do. There’s much more space not shown that could be used i.e. the bottom cargo holds, and other similar spaces. You could potentially have a 5 level or more obviously including the iconic “747 Hump.”

The only commute they should ever take is to work and back. Anything else is inefficient and environmentally unfriendly.

It’s owned by the Sultan of Brunei. And he flies it himself. The plane was bought brand new off the production line from Everett. And flown to Dallas Love field where it spent 3 years being outfitted. Associated Air Center was the company that did the outfit. The sultan of Brunei previously had a 747-400. He also has a couple of other aircrafts, including an A321, A340, and Gulfstreams.

I feel bad because this is the second-largest plane, the largest private jet plane is an A380. Which is larger than a 747. But apart from that you got some facts correct!

I’m a current 747 captain. She carries approximately 63,000 gallons of fuel. At around $5 per gallon. That will get you about 16 hours of flight time. As for maintenance, since she is a new airplane. Most parts are under warranty. But typical A checks costs around $200,000. But around the five year mark. The D check may be due. That would cost at minimum $2 to 4 million. But if a lot of parts needs to be replaced, such as engines and APU s. Then the cost can go into 15 to 20 millions or higher. A new engine is approximately $24 million each.

The maintenance on commercial planes vs. private is different because its not necessarily scheduled by "miles" but more of "cycles" which is a takeoff and landing (pressurization, and de-pressurization) as that is how the fuselage can get hairline cracks etc.. The engines would follow a more "mileage" based schedule based on "hours" of flight time. 747's can endure around 35,000 pressurization cycles and around 150,000 hours flight time roughly before retirement. This depends on maintenance and obviously based on this, private planes will not get close to the amount of use commercial planes do hence stretching the time out for some maintenance and increasing the life of the plane.

What how does a plane takes longer than a ship to build -_- this jet takes a LITTLE over 4 years and the titanic only took 2 years or 3 years i just dont get it, and the titanic is like 3 or 4 times as big as this jet
