Children should be taught guns and gun safety even if they will never normally use one or own one. My dad got me a bb gun at age 4 and taught me right from wrong. I never had to have it taken away from me. Had a .410 shotgun at 9 and a 22 at 10 . Ive never hurt a sole not even myself thanks to gun education and respect of firearms and people. People who dont teach their children anything and simply blame others for all their bad will suffer a terrible crisis sometime in their lives .

I'm gonna disagree with you. There's always room for some sort of compromise in any disagreement or altercation. It's when the compromise is all one sided where the problems lie.
@Wysiwyg1016 жыл бұрын
Well, actually Jonathan, they were wrong...not dumb...there is a difference. Also, you're right, there are folks out there that accept those who own firearms thinking it's a dumb thing to do. However, there are just as many, if not more, that don't accept any civilian citizens owning firearms at all ("only the Police and Military need firearms"). The "no compromise" thought process comes from the fact that gun owners feel as though they've made compromises in the past and not only have received nothing in return (a compromise is just that, you get something and I get something and while we aren't 100% happy with the results, we're ok with it as it stands) there have been more times after that that gun owners are asked to "compromise". The reality is that gun owners are not asked to compromise. They are asked, or told, to give up rights they had before so that other people will feel more comfortable around them.
