I usually don’t like modern style homes but WOW they did such an amazing job i love it! They’ve made a large home feel cozy and warm. Usually with these large homes it feels too open like a museum or warehouse. This one i would happily live in. I’m getting so much inspo from this channel. I realise true luxury is in the little details. This means you can have a cheaper and smaller home look luxurious just by adding small features like pocket doors, cabinets that have no gaps above or under them with soft close, stone benches, pop up electrical outlets, nice soft lighting and amazing interior design. While I can’t afford an expensive house I’m going to make a cheaper house look luxurious by integrating some of these features.

Girl, you're insane. This house has such bad design. Look at that backyard. Weird rectangular design everywhere. No natural feel. Even the grass looks like it might be artificial (even though it's not). Look at the inside of the house, black walls everywhere. You need artificial light even in the daytime just to see. Tell me, do you have lights switched on in your house during the day? This house apparently needs lights on all the time! Then... even the kitchen is black. I don't know any woman who would want a black kitchen. You can't see anything and all crap will go into your food. The bedrooms are bad too. Again, black walls in the bedrooms, so you never have a nice bright morning. The showers are nice I suppose, because they have interesting features.... lol I didn't like stairs, which was just glass. What if somebody runs and slips on rhe floor and head goes through the glass stair banisters? You can die from that. The living area is really bad too, with all the pink and purple on the walls and the chairs. It looks like a teengirl designed it. And then the stupid paintings with just splashes of paint and scribbles. That was considered "modern art" 30 years ago when people started losing their brains. Apparently the designers of this house still have no brains even today. And then there's silly TVs everywhere, like in the kitchen in the bathrooms, in the pool house. Can you STOP with the TVs? One TV literally just showed a motorway traffic junction for no reason...in the bathroom!!! What is the FUNCTION of that? WHO HAS SOMETHING AS STUPID AS THAT IN THEIR HOUSE?? I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS "DESIGN". It's not clever. It's just stupid and I can't believe people like you get so easily enticed by it Overall really bad design that's pretending at being stylish. No taste. No creativity. No warmth, no spirit, no soul. Just stupid black walls and silliness thrown together. No more than that. Even the surrounding countryside is really bad. A tiny path curling through ugly, dead looking, just black, brown and grey countryside, with an occasional tiny little bush. It's so bad. ...and they say this is an amazing "designer" house and 40 million for this please? Get the hell out of here! I want to slap the person who designed this place. They don't know how to design a place that is suitable for a human soul. They just know how to make stupid "artistic expressions" because they think it's cool. I'm sorry, there's nothing cool or even artistic about tasteless and ugly things being thrown together. Art is NOT created from ugliness. The entire place just looks soo ARTIFICIAL. No more than that.

I love big houses but I just don’t see myself living in one long term. That’s just a lot of rooms and space that I’m not gonna use. I would most likely keep it as a party/wedding venue and rent it to people

Derbi vie rahat ventilation, airconditioning, showers. Not to mention those huge and top of the line appliances. The lights will be the least contributor of the humongous electric bill 😂

the way he touches all kind of stuff and sliding over edges with his fingers while giving a tour just shows his apreciation for all the materials and design of all the furniture and fittings. This is by far the most beautiful house and interior design i have ever seen. The colours in the living room brought up so many emotions, thanks so much for showing buddyy

I’m a poor person but good hearted. I was smiling the entire paradise tour. Smiling because I was happy for whoever can and will live here. I’m so happy for them because by far this thy most beautiful yet to me cozy house I have ever witnessed. Yes it is spacious but throughout the entire tour. I still felt a sense of home. To the creator and builders. You all out did yourself. Bravo!!! To the tour guys bravo to you both as well. I felt like I was being toured by two great friends. That pool is incredible. A pool house is such a asset. After my husband and I finish this remodel we are in the throes, the agony, of, we want to have a pool house built…lockers, full bath, washer/dryer…it would help cut down on wet towels, wet suits, and wet drips on the floors in our home. I love our pool but summer brings a bit of a wet mess all over. Lol. Thanks guys, this was a good one.

The only thing that bugs me is on the stairs the walls are all glass/ if one breaks it could fall and the glass piece is big so it’ll be a lot but I’m sure the money to fix it wouldn’t be nun to them

I have NEVER in my life watched a house tour and truly felt like crying until now. This house is STUNNING and an absolute dream. I love watching videos like this, but this one is just…..incredible. Every big expensive house is a “dream” house but this one is the one for me. Pardon me while I cry myself to sleep before driving to my horrible 9-5 job that I want to leave. I’ll call when I hit the lottery though.
