No its in Minnesota! Freezing winters on a lake with sub zero artic temperatures. colder than Canada. How do you get a pizza delivered? What you take a boat to a boat launch then go to another piece of land you own with a giant multi-car garage. And drive to where you are going?

And this is actually a small lot for a mansion in Minnesota. Yes, it's a private island, and that bumps up the price, but if that's not such a big deal to you, you can get lakeside mansions in Minnesota with a lot more land for less than this.

As a Minnesotan, this is the PERFECT house, if it wasn't in Minnesota. I'd wanna enjoy being out and around this house 12 months a year. And have a garage full of cars I feel safe driving on the roads.

Price is made up by many many many factors. Sure some places don't perhaps look the most aesthetically pleasing however they're worth a fortune because of the land value, the median area property price, schools, and many many other factors

The fact that half of the house is made out of gold from the handles all the way to the tables is enough to make me lose words. You’d probably see me in the office reading books *a lot* - the whole ambiance may not be as bright like most of the rooms do but its warm tone gets my writer senses tingling even if I’m only watching it through a video. And speaking of which, I love it! How you presented the already lively estate made it even livelier!

This is the first time I’ve seen an amazingly huge mansion with a huge price tag….. and it actually look good, not just uptight and modern that just hurts the eyes or is just old and looks elegantly tacky, it’s a great contrast of old world, contemporary, modern, and colorful, and the tour was spectacular and full of life
