The red color on the kitchen cabinets is too specific. I think when building houses to sell the colors should be neutral it attracts buyers more because that way the buyer can paint the colors they like . My opinion though

Cost ya chuma na simiti iko juu, but the structure must be very strong. Can you do a video on that construction? Would be interesting, concrete pouring, removing the panels, reassembling on to the upper floor...

I dont like duplex house sometime u got issues with ur neighbors specially when they fix on the same wall you have... Not a fan of dual access to bathroom which also connected to your kids like no.! I rather make the guest room a family room.. then the kids room would be the bigger solo room and the guest room is the your so called kids room... And instead of dual access i put door outside....
