Oregon has the best locker room in the country. Phil Knight(co founder of Nike) graduated from there. Oregon gets so much money/merchandise from him it's scary.

Phil actually didn't spend a dime on the locker room. Donors gave money for it to be built but it was in honor of Phil. That is the reason why he's on display as much as he is.

If it weren't for the 'NIKE' Company (Who's also Home based in Oregon, Beaverton), and one of it's Co-owners being a Oregon Alumni... who's donating/pouring into his University Billions of Dollars, along with making them his #1 Priority in creating and designing their Uniforms (Varieties of the 'Nike Pro Combat' Series, that they wear on a full time bases... and are the only ones in CFB who wears them full time), Oregon wouldn't be where they are today.

Couple things I wanna get straightened out 1. The money was given by donors to the university for the locker room. Your tuition dollars are not being spent 2. Just because the video does not show a plaque of Boseko Lokombo (Born in Congo, From Canada) does not mean that Bennett is an idiot and does not know geography. 3. Oregon has some of the best RB and QB turn-out rate to the NFL in the country. They may not be huge names, but they're out there. 4. Hater's Gonna Hate

Participation in a championship is kind of a big deal for those who arent in the all-powerful and almighty SEC... Getting to the championship in this east-coast/SEC/USC biased BCS system is a huge accomplishment in itself. If I made it to the championship for the first time in my teams history and lost in a respectable close game,you are damn right that I would brag about it. Nothing wrong with that. Not hating on Auburn, they were amazing in 2010, and deserved champ status!!

The locker room looks cool, but not that comfortable or spacious. Lineman are big guys. Idk how I would feel with a big right tackle up on that second floor balcony.

The money raised by athletics does NOT get spread around to academics. Unfortunately we can not give more competitive teacher salaries, more academic scholarships, or fund more research because of athletics. It's nice having good sports, but that doesn't benefit academics.
