Oklahoma State Locker Room & Equipment Tour

Tour Oklahoma State's new locker room and equipment center as Equipment Coordinator Wes Edwards takes you inside the west end zone of Boone Pickens Stadium. The Cowboy Locker Room sprawls over 14,000 square feet, and boasts ventilated lockers that were designed specifically for Oklahoma State. The locker room is flanked by a 20,000 square foot weight training center, as well as the equipment room and the state of the art sports medicine center.
Cowboy Football has partnered with Nike to equip OSU's student-athletes for practice, travel and gamedays. This is the definitive look at how the OSU equipment staff manages, maintains and organizes all the gear, pads, and apparel throughout the year.

we have them at our high school, its a strap that you loop around your undershirts, gurdles, and stuff like that so it stays together and you don't lost anything in the washer

A loop is a short strap with buckles on either end so that the player can put every item of cloth that the play wore that day on the loop. The loop has the locker number on it so that when the equipment managers get done washing an drying everything they can put the loop into the players' small lockers that he shows you at the beginning.

this locker room is amazing its way better than some pro locker room you gise have done great with this lockerom is so sick and beast.but im a longhorn fan go lonhorns

@grassfoam He explains that that is why they have the ventilation vents in the lockers for the pads and shoes. And also why the gloves and shoes go on the air hoses. If the pads, shoes and gloves are sweaty/wet and left like that they will grow bacteria. The ventilation and air hoses dry them out so that the bacteria doesn't get a chance to grow.

bacteria multiply through heat and moisture by ventilating and keeping it cool and dry stops the growth of bacteria. Ventilating gets the odor out.

I gotta question.... When you guys hand out tbe equipment, are the players allowed to choose what kind of helmet they wear? For example (Revo speed, schutt, air xp, ion 4d)

I Don't understand if players wear visors, do they get new ones every game, or do they have to use the same one the whole season (unless they but new ones) PLEASE RESPOND I'VE BEEN WONDERING!
