Listening to her is very inspiring, I am a Jamaican female and I also own a 5,000 Sq ft Boutique Hotel, its a 7 bedroom 8 bathroom private beach front on the south coast of the Island. I also own Lake front properties and properties for agriculture, I am still in process of developing small individual bungalows. I just want to tell anyone who want to start their own business or owning a hotel you can do it. It takes a lot of planning and creative and set goals. I am proud to have a Legacy to leave to my children. You can do it too.🙏🙏

The cleaning industry is highly competitive. it's a low cost business. And you will compete with many who are using low bidding tactics ,but it dilutes the more skilled and higher costing businesses. It can be frustrating 😒 showing the reason for a higher bid. But hey anyone can clean they say. Marketing better is key I hear. Good luck if you proceed in that direction.

Go for it sister, i own a cleaning business and i quit my 9-5 which i would stay for 12-15 hours a day and that was my wake up call. If i can work hard and build someone else's wealth , I'm sure willing to do even if to build mine .

HOW she got people to partner and invest with her. HOW did she learn to structure and analyze deals? I feel like this interview had a lot of flowery surface level talk. I’m curious to why if lil mama owns a hotel why not put that information out there as far as the name of the hotel so that travelers like myself can support??? You be surprise how many of lil mamas own people would come out to support.
