Inside The Walls - Freediving Ras Mohammed

Tanguy , Stefan, Gregory and Jacques de Vos spent the day diving Ras Mohammed and quickly discovered that there were a few routes scuba divers or the average snorkeller could not take...
Footage shot with mix of cameras (including a 'point and shoot') so the quality is as good as could be hoped for given the equipment:)

I watch this video whenever I'm overly stressed or just haven't been for a dive in a while, it's just so chill and beautiful. I'd love to be able to dive like that one day :)

I used to freedive for about 10 yrs prior to taking up SCUBA. I was able eventually to get to about 80-90 ft and cruise around for about 30-40 seconds. Your video reminded me of the calm I maintained to do that, felt very much at home. I was surprised at lack of gloves, and later fins. Most of the reefs I have been on would likely have made me pay for that ;)

You guys make it look like a so smooth and easy. The moment you guys were diving through the rocks, my heart was pumping fast wondering what would happen if you get stuck there. But then I realized you guys were so relaxed that you were exploring the rocks the way a family explores their newly bought home.

Its a Neptune prototype suit which is unfortunately not for sale (a very limited amount were made). However you can still get the all black version from Freedive Dahab.

Great sea, great location. Harmony of music and video is also great. Adventure will be tickled to watch. Thank you for the great video! There is a great sea in Japan. It is a sea of Hirizo beach. Although it is limited 7,8,9 month. And depth of fish shadow, location is the best! When I came to Japan, but please try it. 海はひとつ！「One Ocean」

I wanna go free diving so much or diving in general!! I'm 15 and my dad use to free dive all the time in the Marshal Islands when he was young. Where I live now is not a good diving place lol. Planning on moving to Maui, Hawaii

Foxraca is right in saying that almost all of us in this video Freedive Professionally (Stefan, Jacques and Tanguy are all instructors). However it is possible to train your ability and the first step would be to do a proper course:)
