so… ~$2 M for: - a quite small 2 beds 2 baths (1000 sqf including the balcony is pretty crowded); - basic furniture (in Europe, the laminated furniture is almost 3-4 times cheaper than the wooden one, those mirrors with lights are in every home appliance store in Europe for less than $300, poor choice of mirrors everywhere, marketed as a designer choice, added only for the false feeling of SPACE); - basic appliances (the fridge is a small sized -not even “decent” at this price point- , I didn’t see the 5th burner..?). Nothing throughout the house justifies the premium price, just the views, location and “design”. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if the buyers would end up bidding, the price reaching $2M. Some appartments are in the “just a video with a nice background melody” league; just “the photos” wouldn’t do justice and “video + commentary” should be saved for those special properties.
