The view and the upper deck. That is probably about right for a modern penthouse, although this one seems a bit small. The furnishings not matching the price tag does not help either. What is more odd however is that they really cheaped out on the storage areas, lol, it looks like someone just stuck some random shelves in there.

What is that huge lower area on the other side of the rooftop? Is that a garden? Would have been nice if you showed what it is instead of randomly ignoring it. Very disappointing. Be more detailed if you're going to show a $10M property. Show the map location. Show the floorplan. God it's amateur hour here.
