That place would be UNREAL during a storm. For people saying it’s plain, most units are sold plain Jane with white walls and the owner has the option to customize it. It has amazing potential to be turned into a customized space, and the location is great if you work downtown. I could see a Raptors player buying it.

@@simonte5419 If you're paying $8 million for a house outside of Toronto then you're getting ripped off. Also chances are that the person buying this unit is the CEO of a company located in the downtown core. At this point he's likely only interested getting to the places he needs to be as soon as possible which would also mean being as close as possible to those destinations.

I can’t believe it has four bedrooms. Almost seems like a bargain compared to some of the other condos I see for like $12 million. Thank God for imagination because I just lived in this condo for about four minutes.

The maintenance fees are just over $2,000 per month, property taxes are $1,500 per month, and utilities/internet are in addition to that.

I like this apartment ,everything is doing in light colors. There is a lot of a free place, most of all I like the fact that there were a lot of lights here. But the big minus is that there is a very small kitchen, and for me it will be a big problem. And most likely I would have remove a living room into more homely and comfortable.

Penthouses are the only condos (built in the last 10 years) with decent size kitchens. Regular condo kitchens in condos built after 2010 are too small to make meals.

Fit and finishes doesn't look expensive for that price tag. Westbank did a much better job with the Shang, Tridel is so predictable and just plain missionary when it comes to their builds.

8 million dollars: with 1 million, I buy over 100 acres in Northern Ontario. With 4 million dollars on top I build low cost housing, logistics and infrastructure for about 200 people. With the remaining 3 million, I build a sustainable communal economy for those 200 people. Instead, 8 million dollars in the hands of the rich, goes to housing for 4 people or actually less. This, no counting the huge cost of living in that condo added to maintenance. No to talk about the gigantic environmental footprint of living in a ridiculously exposed apartment which needs constant full blast heat to keep it at a decent temperature in the Winter, and full blast AC in the summer in order to cool it down during the day. Stupid, unsustainable, and a waste of resources. Typical capitalist concept of living. Then, the same idiots who build that shit and who buy it, they complain in unison about global warming.

The hallways are oddly narrow, even cramped, for an otherwise grand space with room to spare. Surely the could have borrowed a foot or two from the bedrooms and created a hallway that these two guys can barely walk through together.

$8m and lobby elevators that never work... Smart Home, but it doesn’t work in the parking garage area, trapping tenants non stop... Car Lic plate scanner that never works over the 2.5 years I lived there.

There is a condo down the street. Price in the ball park with this one and you have your own private pool along with a private elevator. I have a condo at 99 harbour with south west views that are much better then this.

In the video he claims that there are four bedrooms and four and a half washrooms. The floor plan shows three bedrooms and four washrooms.

Good catch. The floor plan is the original from the builder. The buyer asked for the family room to be converted to a 4th bedroom, hence the discrepancy.

Um 8 mil can go a long way in NY or Vancouver. Toronto does not have the competition or economy to support an 8 mil condo. This condo is still on sale. I dont think anyone will buy this for anything over 5 mil

I have watched this 100 times now would dream and would do anything to have this condo. beside I make enough to cover the condo fees and tax’s lol so if it was free lmfao I could afford it. Or even one week would be amazing enough, if I won the lotto I would by it and give it up here and there for parents who need a place to stay well there kid is in sick kids hospital.
