For the lounge, how many family members can you bring with you inside the lounge? Or do you pay extra?

It depends which card you have, there are cards in which 1 guest is allowed free of charges and there are few cards which allow unlimited guests for free.

@yoochanjung8326 citi premier card has 1 guest free , and if you have a corporate card mashreq/ADCB with certain fixed monthly spent u get an unlimited guest
