Bob Marley grew up in the chill mountain community of Nine Miles in St. Ann Parish, Jamaica. As a young dude, he made his way to Kingston, where he really came into his own. Fans know he often sings about Trenchtown, but the real story behind the name might shock you. This area was a mix of low-income government buildings and burnt-out squatter homes, literally built on top of a sewage trench. Yup, you read that right.

How broke a man has to be to be called broke. Bob, at least, had real estate. For a fact, he owned a farm in Scott's Pass, Clarendon, Jamaica and a home at Hope Road, Kingston and a catalog even season rock star would envy. HIs publishing appeared huge. So again, I ask, how broke a man has to be to be called broke? Besides, Bob gave away millions because he lived for it. He was not a lover of money and despised the rich lifestyle.

Peter Tosh taught Bob and other musicians how to play the guitar, not Joe Higgs. Peter was the only one who could play the guitar when the group was formed.

Yes thank God for Bob Marley's arrival at the right time. The world talk about HIS legendary personality, but The heavens are happy about his meandering prophecies of this end times that is not for everyone to know. As a kid, I looked up to see he that was called a prophet similar to those prophets in the Bible, but as an old man now, I have seen his prophecies that the wolves in sheep's clothing refused to heed to that would have averted the events of this end times and even the drying of Euphrates river. We are watching them, that have succumbed to continuing being the wolves in the sheep's clothing. They chose the evil one over the true God of all creations, our Creator.
