Dr. Mele Kramer is a Walden PhD in Industrial/Organizational(I/O) Psychology graduate who recently started a new position as a director of an I/O psychology program at a state university. In 2021, Dr. Kramer shared her inspiring story on the Walden University Career Planning and Development Blog, It Is Never Too Late to Follow Your Dreams. We wanted to reconnect with Dr. Kramer a year later to learn how her Walden experience helped her grow as a leader, innovator, instructor, and researcher in higher education.
