Once bankruptcy is filed and processed, how long will it take for the company to be delisted fron NSE /BSE or at what point in this process the company stock is delisted. If a. Compititor aquieres this company will the shares continue to be with old share holder?

Happy morning. A feedback for your consideration: If you are making the video in Hindi why are you making the title in English instead of Hindi. Owing to the title language, non-hindi investors are logging in and coming out disappointed leading to waste of time. If you wish to reach more investors through English title, you may mention - Hindi after the title. Trust, you will consider this aspect while creating title for your future videos and save our precious time.

सर अगर कोई इंडिविजुअल /फर्म बैंकरप्ट डिक्लेअर हो जाता है तो क्या वही क्रेडिटर्स जिनकी लिस्ट माननीय कोर्ट को दी गयी है इंसोल्वेन्ट पर 420, 138 NIA का केस कर सकते हैँ या जो पहले से चल रहे हैँ वो चलते रहेंगे या ख़तम हो जायेंगे
