I subbed. Your vids have motivated big time. I bought the FT2 as my kids will be training on it with me an was worried about them dropping free weights and getting hurt. Both are really great pieces of gear.

Having a hard time deciding between SCS and the FT2. Your is the only one that compares the two. I can get either or for the same price used. I have not personally tested the out though. Aggg Im not sure lol

I personally prefer the SCS, but you do have to have your own weight plates already, and with the ft2 it comes with a weight stack. The main problem I had with the ft2 was the starting position for every exercise

@@jcard959 Cool, I have plates. I do have a simple cage already. For Squats and Bench Pressing. Dont they both come with weight stacks?

Hey man. Did the pulleys come attached to the bench? Do you have a link to this bench? I can’t find the one that looks exactly like yours with the hooks/pulleys. Thanks!
Thanks man! I was going crazy looking for the bench with the pulley lol

Something else you can try is putting the bench on top of some 2*4 wood pieces to raise it a bit - might prevent the rubbing - guess it depends on which method is less hassle. Great hack nonetheless!
@steverapos3904 Жыл бұрын
Actually, thinking it through, while on wood the bench would probably slide back towards the unit since you will be pulled back by the weight - so your hack probably makes more sense!

Also do you do seated rows from the side pulley or do you use the lower pulleys?
@jcard9592 жыл бұрын
I use the lower pulleys

Is there anyway to store the bench vertically by any chance?
@jcard9592 жыл бұрын
The bench itself won’t be able to stand up vertically unless you lean it on something

Is the bench modified to attach the cable pulleys?
@jcard9592 жыл бұрын
It’s the scs bench from inspire fitness that has a conversion kit for the leg extension/curl attachment
@jcard9592 жыл бұрын
So it’s a add on that you can purchase on there website but it’s only for the SCS bench

@@jcard959 You have two cables. Both of which seem to connect to both sides of your bench. However if a person only had a single cable pulley, I'm assuming that wouldn't work?

The leg curl is SO uncomfortable on my knees. Same with you or are you ok with it?
