How many calories was your deficit? Did you cut carbs more or you kept balance? Great result

I’m honestly not sure , I’ve never really tracked my calories before but I did most cut out my carbs. I’ll be doing a KZfaq short pretty soon of exactly what I ate, I pretty much ate the same exact thing everyday for the month.

I agree. Im currently do abs everyday on a strict diet for 30 days. This video was to show what kind of results you could get while not being on a diet. Not much change obviously

Either way your still limited with space . And when you put the smith portion in the back you’re not able to do bench press , incline , shoulder press, ect. Because it ends up to close to the back portion

on the inspire ft2 you mentioned you didnt like the starting position. can you elaborate on that please. Im deciding between ft2 and scs, it seems like scs has more natural smith machine feeing but the ft2 has multiple row pull height.

Yeah so for every exercise you have to start at the bottom portion of the movement, if you look at my ft2 videos you could see what I’m talking about

I have a whole gym in my garage but right now it’s also full of storage so I’m unable to use it. I have my powertec for outside workouts . But yes I do like it. You can do almost everything you need with it . One of the cons would be the starting position but other then that I don’t really have any.

There’s 3 retailers near me selling the Inspire SCS and they’re all charging US$460 for assembly. I had a look through the manual online and some of the steps look really confusing, otherwise I’d do it myself

Having a hard time deciding between SCS and the FT2. Your is the only one that compares the two. I can get either or for the same price used. I have not personally tested the out though. Aggg Im not sure lol

I personally prefer the SCS, but you do have to have your own weight plates already, and with the ft2 it comes with a weight stack. The main problem I had with the ft2 was the starting position for every exercise
