I may be missing this completely but how do you export a interactive 360 video or photo from the camera while connected to your iPhone? When I attempt to export I can only do an animation or a 360 photo but the 360 photo is flat and does export with the ability to pan around. Any help would be great!

Finally, I’ve been waiting for actual reviews of some 360 cameras. Wanted to get one next year for more immersive experiences once my new channel gets going. This may be a good candidate.

Great video many thanks----Do you have another video for photos editing. The application is great on my ipad, and I can do simple colour correction---My problem is how to transfer those corrected flles to my mac desktop. I have done a 360 photos session of the inside of a friends house and want to be able to send her those via an email. I have 360 studio on my desktop but its really limited for any photo editing.

What is procedure? Does I must press some "take picture" or "record picture" every tima I move the camera (every 3-4 metres) or what? Does it mean that I must a lot to walk? Move camera - hide behind of wall where I put my lap top or just mobile phone to press "take a picture"? Or I must just moving a stick with camera and every time hide behind the wall and camera recording all of time?

Hello I use Insta360 One I have a problem I can not merge video Because the picture goes out every shot of the lens alone

I think i did not get the string inside the box or may be it went unnoticed into the trash. Can I make that string myself? Will it be sturdy enough like the original one? I dont want my camera to be damaged while swirling in air.. Any suggestions?

So I just got this camera and when I go to export video onto my phone it’s moving in clips really slowly. I have a 2020 se iPhone that’s new so I don’t know what it would be.

I appreciate your video ,however, as you show this item your voice starts loud and then gets softer. I have to raise and lower the volume, as you talk, so I can hear you. I have noticed this in your other videos as well. Your info is good but hearing your voice is not. Just an observation.

Thanks for this overview. I have the earlier Insta360 Air for the Android. I found the documentation to be absurd and lacking. As a working professional, I expect detailed documentation like you would get with a Sony camera, and not just rely on "intuition". I wish you would review the documentation. Also, the length of the usb adapter is too short to work with cell phone cases, so you have to remove them or chop them up. Finally, do they tell you how long the battery will last when connected to the cell phone or in this product, how long it works independently. The problem is you can't connect both the camera and a battery charger when using the cell phone, so you can't use it very long. You didn't cover how long this unit will last or if you can connect a portable battery charger while using it for long events like a meeting, concert, etc.

Yeah, I had to tap out when he said that he wasn't into 360 video and called it too gimmicky. I'd rather get an opinion from an actual 360 enthusiast.

How is this a useful video? I don't need someone to show me how to open a box with a box cutter? Show me how to use the product. How do you sync with phone? How do you calibrate it? How do you turn it on and off?
