I’ve been working on my truck and my job has been pretty demanding lately. I haven’t hit the sand because I am waiting on my skid plates also.

Man! This looks like a whole lot of hassle for very little return. Not to mention expense. I would imagine there’s considerable wind noise with the unit sitting proud of the body.

Hi Bill. No rattles and no noise from the windows. The only squeaking comes from my drawers in the back lol. As with any mod, it may be useful to some people and not worth it to others. This is a real help to me. I can name several situations where this mod would’ve been a game changer for me. Go see the video where I get stuck in the mud and access to my cargo area was denied. I like how I can pop out my back side glass on my GX 470, this looks like a GX 460 thing.

I can open the rear glass as well but it’s easier with access on those windows.

I installed the first one on my own and I’m definitely no craftsman. The issue was the product itself. I will honestly say that having access is outstanding.

If the owner came to my house and installed these at no charge, I’d consider it. They’d probably leak if I installed them...haha Cool he came out to hook you up though.

Lol. I actually did one and I’m not the greatest DIY guy. The issue was the wing’s design. I love these things so much.

No noise, no leaks, no corrosion, and no dust seepage. They work perfectly and I love the accessibility. Opening dual swing outs and the rear door is a pain, but the wings get you what you need asap.
