When using a wood bit, it's always a good idea to either place some masking tape to the underside of the hole being drilled or clamp a piece of wood to the underside. And use consistent light pressure as you drill. This will prevent splintering on the underside.

Just watch your playlist to this point, great journey. Just thought I'd comment on this one re: the positioning of the fuse box. Would this not have been better placed at the end of the rear arch cover to provide better access in case of a blown fuse? Checking fuses with the bed etc in place will be a massive pain.
@CallumTash

Thanks a lot! Glad you’re enjoying following our journey 😀 true but accessing the fuse box won’t be too much of a headache as there’s still a good bit of room under the bed

just to point out you state the wire size on your video, but you have not said what the total load within the van, if people follow what you have done the cable size may be too small and have issues. Also the batteries should be connected at opposite ends so that you are not taking the power from the first battery, connect to the positive the first battery and the negative to the opposite (furthest) battery. the same for the cable size for the LED lights.

May not be a good practice to use RED heat shrink on BOTH POS and NEG wiring. You'll know...but somebody servicing/ subsequent owner might get confused. Look starting at 4:32

@@CallumTash Sometimes people, NOT having the correct color for the appropriate POS or NEG cabling use HEAT SHRINK to indicate their INTENDED color. This, now, is very apparent...BUT when your ELECTRICAL BOX get more looking like a RATS NEST is when the confusing may/will ensue. Otherwise...you BOTH look like you're up on CURRENT EVENTS. LOL.

Is you inverter put out a pure sine wave? Many cheaper inverters try to replicate a pure sine wave but don't it well and are hard on electronics like a computer that you may plug into them.
