Should have staggered the cladding joints and used clips for invisible fixings, but you learn as you live good luck with the van

Sorry for the delay! We do try to upload a video once per week during our build. However, if there isn't enough content for a video, we'd rather one not go out than try to stretch out clips and potentially create a less interesting video.

Just make sure you can open your fridge door enough to remove the shelves.... I learnt the hard way...

Coming on nicely 👍 Small tip it’s generally better to stagger the end pieces of tongue and groove, that way you don’t get one long line of end pieces and it’s also considered to be more stable.

Hi can you do a video on what your planning to do? Where your going. How long you have been saving for. How long your going for ect. Be good to know what your plan is. Cheers

i would of put bigger brackets to hold the fridge on..... pot holes and un made roads small brackets might not hold..... only saying ... builds coming on nicely though......

Looks Good Guys i really enjoy watching your progress, I think we started around about the same time as you two abit to late into lock down i think lol. Now im back in work the motivation has dropped.. Anyway quick question.. So you dont need any sort of ventilation for the fridge? and do you have a link for it by any chance? cheers look forward to the next one..

Thanks Kris! Yeah you gotta make time to work on it :) what do you mean by ventilation? It’s the Dometic CRE 50 which you’ll find with a quick google search 😁

@@CallumTash just that my mate is having a fridge and has put a whole in the side of the van for ventilation, maybe because its a 3 way i dunno lol..

Most fridges need a ventilation space around then to reduce the risk of overheating.

Callus and Tash, I am in the process of building the wooden framework for the CRX50 fridge (which I plan to purchase further down the line). Can you share with me the approx size of the framework you built for the fridge please? Many thanks.

Hey, around the fridge the appx. dimensions are H:590mm W:395mm D:495mm. This also gives enough us room at the back for fridge electrics

Now if it were me building that table I'd place a spar at the end, in the middle of the table, just as a precaution to it falling due to any weight issues.

A. McNicoll we thought to do that before we changed it but the sliders we have are rated quite highly.. and it’s not like we’ll be standing on it 😁 so we’re hoping it’ll be fine. I guess we’ll have to wait and see

Hi guys, really loving your series of videos. I've just started converting a Citroen Relay L3H3 and am finding your stuff really helpful. One question if I may, well its more of a "have you got" lol, when you were prepping the floor I see you took out the tie down rings. Do you still have them? My van didn't come with any and I want to put some in my garage area. Let me know and hopefully we can come to an arrangement. Cheers, and keep up the good work 👍👍
