HI all,
This is my first video on my Smart Brabus fortwo 451 even though I have owned the vehicle for a number of years now. Smarts have such a massive following all over the world & I wanted to contribute to the information that is already out there. I am starting this journey by installing a genuine Smart/Mercedes armrest. 👀

Incredible, I was looking to replace mine, cause its a little scabby on the end. But looks like I will have to find a way to just restore if this item is rare and pricey. I consider myself luck as mine came with the armrest. Thanks for your videos and stunning car by the way. Chapeau 👌🏿🙏🏿

@y0057 thank you. Yes restore/re-upholster is what I would do if my Smart came with an armrest. It will definitely be the cheaper option that is for sure👊🏿

Just come across your channel i own a 09 Cabrio Mhd in West London. How do you find yours at High speed? on a motorway i hardly go above 65mph, ive seen that fitting larger (Brabus) wheels make it more stable?

@John.Winchester I have owned two non Brabus Smarts before the one I have now, they were no where near as stable on the motorway as my Brabus is. Yes I can only assume the wider rear wheels adds a lot to the stability.

I have an 09 Brabus, and I've been binge watching your videos. One question, do you think it's necessary to remove the seat to install the arm rest?

Hi thanks for watching the videos & i hope they have help you in some way or another. I do think you can install the armrest without removing the seat but i do think installation will be a lot harder. Hope this helps🙂

Hi there, im no expert but i believe the 3 holes are already there in all the 451 seats because the armrest was an option when buying from new. hope that helps
